Information
Acknowledgments are made within 24-48 hours following receipt of your order, with the express purpose of communicating both receipt of the order and information regarding interpretation of instructions, prices, art work and shipping dates. This information must be examined carefully so that any misunderstanding can be resolved prior to production. Orders
will be processed as per the acknowledgment.
Set-Up Charges:
Pad imprinting listed pricing includes a one-color, one location imprint of straight-line copy.
There is a one time set-up charge of $45.00(V) per item. For two colors or multicolor imprinting add $20.00(V) per color, per location. An additional second set-up charge of $45.00(V) will be charged for second location. Additional color/position running charges are .30(r) and .18(r) charge for second location.
Paper Proofs:
Black & White paper proofs shall be provided at no additional charge. Customers need to sign approval form section of paper proof and fax back to LITEWAVEStm upon viewed approval. This signed art approval must be received before production may begin.
Production Time:
Pre-production samples available 5 days after art approval. Set-up charges will be billed with pre-production. Rush service available upon request for an additional charge.
Normal production time is 7-10 days after receipt of signed art or pre-production samples approval. Lead-time will vary depending on number of proof colors, type chosen and quality of artwork submitted. Production will not begin until artwork proof is approved.
Shipping:
All goods are shipped motor freight or UPS unless otherwise specified. Litewaves is unable to guarantee on-time delivery or the condition of goods delivered once merchandise is turned over to a recognized carrier. Shipping and handling charges are $5.00 handling for each order, plus $5.00 for each additional drop ship location.
Over/Under Runs:
Every effort will be taken to make shipment as required. However, for the imprinted merchandise we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the requested quantity.
Artwork Requirements/Charges:
Camera ready Black & White artwork is required.
Electronic Requirements: All art should be sent as vector file with all type created to outlines or converted to curves. Four-color process files should be built in a vector file with placed 300 resolution CMYK. tif .eps file. Please include all fonts files suitcase, printer or converted type to vector art. Send digital file, either by disk or e-mail. All electronic files (disk media or e-mail) PC or Macintosh format accepted.

When sending art file, please list a contact name and purchase order number. Compress files whenever possible. Files created in the following software programs are accepted, Adobe illustrator (ai), Photoshop (psd, .eps, .pdf, .tif). Jpeg files are accepted only if artwork is created with one color process is a 100% black in the file.
Non-usable Art:
Non-usable artwork will incur an additional $40.00 per hour charge to convert art to digital files for production. Unacceptable art includes business cards, photocopies, faxes, sketches and letterhead.
Copyright/Trademarks Laws:
In the event LITEWAVEStm, is directed by the customer to use any logo, copy or similar material supplied by any source to produce an order, it is agreed and understood that Litewaves shall be acting as the agent of the customer in the use of such materials. The customer, as principal, shall be responsible to comply with all laws regarding copyright, trademarks, patents, right of privacy, licensing or similar right of protection and shall indemnify and hold harmless LITEWAVEStm. its agent for any suits, claims or action of any nature for damages, expenses cost which may arise by reason of LITEWAVEStm, using said material in accordance with the customer direction, all of which shall be considered within the scope of the aforementioned agency relationship. Copy and trademarks illustrated in this catalog are used to demonstrate product imprinting. This does not constitute endorsement by any company of our product line.
Cancellations:
Accepted at cost of material and labor incurred up to cancellation date.
Terms:
Prepayments required on first time orders unless prior arrangements have been made. Our terms are Net 30 days with approved credit (US). Please allow two days for credit application review and approval. Other methods of payment available are:
- Credit Cards: VISA and MasterCard.
- Wire Transfer: Call for instructions.
